Have you ever dreamt of scaling icy cliffs with nothing but a couple of ice axes? No? Ok. However, if you love a good adrenaline rush then SUMMIT is the game for you.
SUMMIT is a game made for the 2024 GMTK Game Jam (get it? scale as in scaling a cliff...)

Hey ! that's pretty cool, how long did it take you to make ?
Around 3 days. It was for a game jam so it was kind of rushed.
thats still pretty dang good, are you currently up to join any teams perhaps ?
i think that there is a bug that makes the hooks auto detach if you take them out from the snow to early and plant them back in the ice before the timer would normally go out. aside from that one bug this was an awesome game
loved playing the game I hope you will make it into something bigger in the future
I'm thinking maybe I should try add multiplayer and proximity chat.

This game was awesome! Had a blast getting to the top. Maybe this was an obvious feature, but if you held w and pressed jump right after putting in your pickaxe, it would propel you up the mountain. Intended or exploit it was super fun :)
Yeah one of my friends actually said they found a super launch mechanic as well. Glad you enjoyed it!
